When Mrs. Peterson contacted me to take family pictures, on the beach, for her family reunion, I knew it would be a new challenge! Eighteen people, three generations! But the challenges didn’t stop there, thanks to Tropical Storm, Debby! I’m afraid the rain, strong winds and foggy lenses (due to the intense humidity) held this session back from it’s true potential. I’m a little disappointed in myself on this one. Of course, if all that wasn’t bad enough, I locked my keys in my car and my father-in-law had to drive all the way out to the beach to bring me a spare key! I can’t say that this was one of my favorite sessions. It certainly wasn’t my best work. But I CAN say that these people are some of the nicest people I have ever met! I absolutely adore this family! I assure you, I will jump at the chance to take their pictures again, next time they are in town!
