A lot of you know that as much as I love them, I’m not taking weddings right now. (At least, not as the primary photographer.) The long days and hours of post process work is just too much for me as a work-at-home mom. It’s a choice I have made in order to keep some kind of balance, as my two little boys take priority over everything. However, when I was contacted by Robert and Candie, less than two weeks before their wedding, I knew it would be perfect. They only needed one hour of coverage for their short and sweet, family only wedding in Mexico Beach, FL. I was really nervous about the fact that my very first time meeting them in person would be on their wedding day, but their Brady-Bunch-like family was absolutely adorable and genuinely kind! It was impossible not to fall in love with them, even though I was only with them for one, short hour.
